Instructions for Initial Use

● Initial Product Inspection:
When removing instruments and accessories from packaging, pay close attention to precautions and dispose of them accordingly. After unpacking the instrument, check the required configuration according to the packing list. Make sure that all the parts listed on the packing slip are included. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact your local ITM-LAB representative immediately. If ITM-LAB does not receive any notice within 7 days from the date of receipt of the package by the customer, the instrument will be deemed to have been fully accepted by the customer.

● Initial Product Setup:
Please read the operating manual carefully and carefully review the operating videos and other product materials ("manuals") that come with the instrument. Please set the instrument under the specified conditions, using the correct power supply, gas supply, and parameters and operating modes as specified in the manual. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact your local ITM-LAB technical support/service team before setting it up.

● Routine Operations:
Before using the instrument, please confirm that the test environment, power supply, air source and parameters meet the specified requirements. If you are having trouble using the instrument, please consult the operator's manual, log on to our website hytester.ru to view the relevant materials, or contact the ITM-LAB technical support/service team. In order to process your request accurately and promptly, please have the following information ready before contacting us:
a. The product model and serial number indicated on the product label or operation manual and quality certificate.
b. Operational Manual. 
c. Any information about the symptomatic problem, including what is displayed, operating conditions, when the problem occurred, and other details. We ask our customers to provide ITM-LAB with as much detail as possible so that we can help. Failure to adequately disclose relevant information about the condition of the instrument to ITM-LAB may result in delays or our inability to resolve the issue.
