Warranty Statement

General Overview:
ITM-LAB not only provides customers with innovative, high-performance test instruments, but also offers products and services with a wide range of warranty options. To meet the requirements and needs of individual customers, we offer a variety of extended warranty options for instruments and components.

● Standard Factory Warranty - Instrument:
ITM-LAB warrants that its instrument will be free from defects in materials and workmanship (the "Original Instrument Warranty") for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment of the Product (the "Original Instrument Warranty Period"), provided that the instrument is properly installed and maintained and used in accordance with the normal operating conditions set forth in the manuals and written materials provided to the customer. During the original instrument warranty period, ITM-LAB will provide repair and spare parts replacement services for defective instruments or components at no cost. If repair is required after the original instrument warranty period, ITM-LAB will repair or replace the parts, and all such repaired parts and labor are warranted for a period of ninety (90) days from the date the repaired or replacement parts are shipped to the customer.
Exclusions: The warranty covers normal use only and does not cover damage caused by alteration, accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow the assembly, installation, operation, or other ITM-LAB written instructions provided to the customer.

● Standard Warranty – Repair/Replacement Parts:
The standard warranty period for spare, repair, or replacement parts and accessories purchased separately and not as part of the original instrument order is ninety (90) days from the date of shipment. During this warranty period, if the repaired/replaced parts continue to have the same quality issues, ITM-LAB will provide free repair parts and replacement services. Determination of the cause of the problem should be made by a member of the ITM-LAB Support/Services team.

● Extended Warranty – Instrument:
If the warranty outlined here does not meet the customer's requirements, the customer may choose to purchase an extended warranty. Call 86-769 83428055.

Warranty Exclusions:
ITM-LAB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to exclude any products and spare parts from warranty coverage in the following cases: 
1. Defects or damage to wearing or consumable parts, such as lamps, filter paper, etc.
2. Defects in the instrument or parts due to the use of accessories or peripherals not manufactured or authorized by ITM-LAB.
3. Defects or damage to the instrument or parts due to abnormal causes, including but not limited to failure to follow the instructions specified in the operating manual and related materials, use of unsuitable power supply, air source or operating environment, or entry of the instrument due to force majeure and foreign objects.
4. Defects or damage to instruments or other parts caused by natural disasters (such as earthquakes or fires) or other events (including, but not limited to, accidents, theft, vandalism, or loss).
5. Defective or damaged instrument or parts due to disassembly, repair, or reconfiguration without the express written permission of ITM-LAB.
6. Defects or damage to instruments or devices caused by plugging and unplugging power cords, printing cables, communication cables or other connecting wires without turning off the power supply.
7. Instrument defect or damage due to customer's failure to install and operate in accordance with ITM-LAB's operating policies and procedures.
