Standard Service Expenses

● On-site service:
When need a service technician to visit for on-site service, the customer shall bear all related travel expenses. Please contact a member of the ITM-LAB Technical Support/Service team for more information.

● Return the product to ITM-LAB International:
The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the product (one-way or round-trip). This includes, but is not limited to, shipping, insurance, and any applicable duties and other charges. Please contact a member of the ITM-LAB Technical Support/Service team for more information.

● Definition of service fees
a) Labor Rates: The door-to-door travel time incurred between the ITM-LAB site and the customer service site, including, but not limited to, research and preparation to resolve service issues, tools and parts, and troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, troubleshooting and training and related operations required.  
b) Material Costs: All costs for the purchase or replacement of parts, including, but not limited to, the cost of applicable parts and all associated shipping, insurance costs and any applicable duties and other charges.
c) Travel Expenses: All out-of-pocket travel expenses incurred for services between the ITM-LAB site and the customer site, including but not limited to airfare, mileage, car rental, lodging and meals.

● Extended Warranty:
Extended warranty options are available to customers who wish to obtain a warranty period beyond the standard period listed in these materials. Please contact a member of the ITM-LAB Technical Support/Service team for details and pricing information.

● Spare parts catalog and price list:
Please contact the ITM-LAB technical support/service team or a member of the sales team to request a spare parts catalog or price list.
